Shipping Destinations

Moda Shop currently ships to:

• Customers within the United States and U.S. territories, including P.O. Boxes.
• All US Military bases, APO/FPO.
• Puerto Rico, Guam, and U.S. Virgin Islands.

Moda Shop does not offer shipping to customers outside the United States at this time.

We prioritize shipping speed and quality of service. Therefore, we will only consider expanding our shipping to other regions besides the United States when we can ensure prompt delivery.

Please note that some US products may have a shipping time of 4-7 business days. If your order contains both US products with 2-5 business days shipping time and those with 4-7 business days shipping time, the entire order will adhere to the longer shipping duration. For urgent delivery of products with shorter shipping times, we recommend placing separate orders.

Shipping Times

Moda Shop operates with warehouses in both the U.S. and overseas.

You can find the estimated shipping time and origin for each product on its individual detail page.

Standard shipping times are as follows:

• US products: 2 - 5 business days
• Overseas products: 5 - 10 business days

We hope that you love all your purchases from Moda Shop. However, we understand that sometimes you may need to return a purchase. Online purchases are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY if returned within 7 business days of receiving your order. After this timeframe, your item would not be eligible for return.

Items purchased at a discount of 30% or more and items in a SALE category are FINAL SALE. The following items are FINAL SALE: accessories, jewelries, leggings, bodysuits, graphic tee's, pjs, beauty, makeup, face masks, sweatshirts, intimates/lingerie, swimwear and athletic wear. ITEMS MARKED FINAL SALE ON THE PACKING SLIP WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR RETURN.

If you return a final sale item, there will be a 20% restocking fee deducted from your store credit. Due to hygiene reasons, bodysuits, swimwear, leggings, etc. will not be accepted. Items must be in perfect condition to be accepted for return. No makeup or deodorant stains, perfume, dog hair, cigarette smell or stains of any kind will be accepted.

Return Instructions

You must complete the return form found in our Returns & Exchanges Portal before mailing back your items.

Please include the packing slip with your return. The packing slip is included in the bag with your purchase and has all of your information and order number on it. Please wrap your item neatly and in paper of some kind to protect the item.

Shoes must be sent back in the original shoe box. Shoe boxes should be shipped back in a box to protect the items. Shoes sent back with shipping labels directly on the shoe box or in a bag will result in a 20% restocking deducted from your store credit.

Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your return. Once processed, your store credit will be emailed to you.

Damaged Items

Damaged items must be reported within two days of the receipt of your order. Please email us at contact@modashop.us and forward photos of any damage.

Color variation of merchandise due to computer monitor resolutions, lighting and photography lenses are not qualified as damaged.
